Nicolette is a warranted transcultural counsellor, leadership coach and the founder of the personal and professional hub.
She works at the intersection of high performance, leadership development, and workplace wellbeing, helping individuals and organisations create fulfilling, high-impact careers without sacrificing mental health or personal fulfilment. Apart from her counselling work, she specializes in designing human-centered learning experiences that equip people with the skills, mindset, and tools to achieve success while leading with intention and wellbeing. Over the past decade, she’s worked with organisations across various industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, HR, higher education, construction, armed forces and non-profits, delivering counselling, coaching, and leadership development programmes.
In her counselling work, she works with adults on issues related to self-worth, anxiety,
loss and bereavement in private practice. She is currently the MACP representative on the Council for the Counselling Profession.
