Beatrice Oscini

Beatrice Emmanuela Oscini is a Manager I (Wellbeing) within the People Management
Department, where she is responsible for the delivery of the HEART (Healing Education and Responsive Teaching) and CARE (Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Educators) Programmes. In addition, she supports the creation, implementation and evaluation of initiatives focusing on educator wellbeing within the national education system.

Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Social Care (Management) and is
currently in the final year of a Master in Counselling at the University of Malta, with the aim of obtaining a professional warrant as a counsellor. Her academic interests include play and child-play therapies, forensic psychology, and services within residential care for children and adults in correctional settings.

Beyond her professional role, Beatrice has a strong appreciation for the summer months and enjoys swimming. She is also passionate about writing, cooking, and baking.
